How to prevent the count down timer coming to top?

I need some help with a issue.

I use the count down timer in games. The problem is that when the countdown reach 0:00 seconds it "pop-up", minimizing my game! It's so annoying!
Any1 knows how to fix it???

Uncheck Blink option.
