Hi,

Is there a way to save a custom setup so that when I start the computer, I don't have to keep bringing up multiple instances of the timers with my preferred custom settings? As you can see, this can be time consuming.

Also, anyway in the future to add a feature to send an alert by email?

No. Use Launch a file of Countdown options.
