XNote Stopwatch

Hello,

Does anyone know if you can set the countdown timer to countdown from say 3 minutes then display a message for say 15 seconds then reset back to countdown 3 minutes again and restart the cycle? We run a gym and have started some circuit training, we have a large LCD TV on the wall and would like to display the timer on there so the members know when to change activity.

What message? As far as I understand a text must be displayed exactly over stopwatch?

Hi thanks for the reply, we would want the message to say CHANGE. Yes the message would replace the numbers for 15 seconds and possibly flash.
