As stated at the link above: [i][b]/c[/b] — assign a config file. If the specified file does not exist, default settings are applied and [size=150]the file is created at exit[/size].[/i]

I already seen that but I did not find how is the sintax to create the file. May you help me?

No. [b]Always on top[/b] is not being autosaved and not loaded so far.

They all are in .ini but since 1.60 some of them ([i][ExcelIntegration][/i] for example) are not being stored if have default value.
